Reschedule / Cancellation Policy

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the nature of this project, reschedule requests & cancellations cause significant scheduling issues & lost income for my team. When clients reschedule or cancel with insufficient notice, we are unable to fill that date with another client and ultimately lose out on vital income. With that said, thank you so much for your understanding about the following policies:

RESCHEDULES. Need to reschedule your photoshoot? 📅
More than 30 days notice: We know things come up, therefor clients may reschedule one time, with 30-days (or more) notice, at no charge. Please note, however, that a second reschedule request is subject to a $200 reschedule fee.
Less than 30 days notice: There is a $200 reschedule fee for any reschedule request made within 30 days or less of your photoshoot date.

CANCELLATIONS. Changed your mind about participating? 😢
Within 48 hours of booking: You're welcome to cancel your photoshoot within the first 48 hours of booking and receive a 100% refund. Simply text or email Jenn within the first 48 hours of booking to request a cancellation.
More than 30 days notice: Cancellations made with 30 or more days notice receive a 50% refund.
Less than 30 days notice: There are no refunds for cancellation requests made with less than 30 days notice.
